Another strong performance by Luca Covili in the third stage of the Tour of Armenia, the Martuni–Dilijan. The Bardiani-CSF 7 Saber rider finished the stage in fifth place, at the end of a selective day that reshaped the general classification.

The stage victory went to Max Hinds, ahead of Lorenzo Ginestra and Simone Raccani. Covili crossed the finish line 3’36” behind the winner, staying among the leading riders and gaining valuable ground in the overall standings.

Thanks to today’s result, Luca Covili moves up to 3rd place in the general classification ahead of the final stage.

Tomorrow, the Tour of Armenia will conclude with the final stage in the capital, Yerevan, which will decide the final general classification.
