On Sunday, April 6th, the Piva Trophy, the first Under23 race in Italy for the team, will take place. Here's the 5 young riders who will compete in the race.

On Sunday, April 6th, the first U23 race in Italy for VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè will take place. The race will start from the historic Via Treviset in Col San Martino, and after an 11.9 km stretch where the riders will climb towards Guia before descending, the circuit will begin with the ascent of Combai (2.6 km at 6.3%), a 17.7 km stretch to be repeated 7 times.

 

Five young riders will take part in the race: the varesino Filippo Turconi, who was part of the breakaway at Milan-San Remo, followed by the two Colombians Martin Herreño and Santiago Cruz. Completing the team are Matteo Scalco from Vicenza and Luca Paletti. The athletes will be directed from the team car by sports director Mirko Rossato.
