Bardiani-CSF 7 Saber is ready for the Giro d’Abruzzo, scheduled from Tuesday, September 15 to Friday, September 18. The race will feature four stages covering approximately 640 kilometres and 8,200 metres of total elevation gain, crossing all four provinces of the region.

Seven riders will represent the Italian team: Luca Colnaghi, Edward Cruz, Martin Herreño, Alessio Martinelli, Vicente Rojas, Alex Tolio and Filippo Turconi.

The race will open with two demanding stages finishing in Casalincontrada and Caramanico Terme. Stage 3, finishing in San Benedetto dei Marsi, should offer more opportunities for the faster riders, before the final Silvi–Controguerra stage, featuring several short and steep climbs that could prove decisive for the general classification.
