Nikita Tsvetkov and Sergey Rostovtsev claimed three medals with the Uzbekistan national team at the IV Budapest GP, an international Class 2 track event held on 11 and 12 August in the Hungarian capital.

Tsvetkov won the gold medal in the Omnium, finishing the four events with a total of 146 points.

Rostovtsev also delivered a strong performance, earning two medals. The Uzbek rider won the Points Race with 116 points after 30 kilometres and 150 laps, before taking the silver medal in the Scratch Race, finishing behind Canadian Dylan Bibic.

The overall tally for the two Bardiani-CSF 7 Saber riders was therefore two gold medals and one silver medal.
