Filippo Magli secured an excellent eighth place in Pieve di Soligo, earning another Top10 result for Bardiani-CSF 7 Saber after an aggressive and attacking race. The Tuscan rider was among the main protagonists in the opening phase of the stage, joining several breakaway attempts during a very fast and action-packed start.

Magli stood out from the very first kilometers, racing with determination and initiative before staying with the main group during the decisive moments of the stage. In the final sprint on wet roads, the rider from Empoli managed to position himself perfectly and take a strong eighth place finish.

“It was a very hard and intense stage right from the start,” said Filippo Magli. “I tried to be in the right move early on because we knew it would be a nervous day. I’m happy I was able to stay at the front until the finish and take an important Top10 result for both myself and the team. It’s a result that gives us confidence and rewards all the work done by the team.”
