TOLIO AND COVILI MOVE INTO THE TOP 10 OF THE TOUR OF SLOVENIA GENERAL CLASSIFICATION

Alex Tolio finished ninth and Luca Covili eleventh on the queen stage to Kranjska Gora. The Bardiani-CSF 7 Saber duo now sits eighth and ninth overall heading into the final day.

Bardiani-CSF 7 Saber delivered another solid performance on Stage 4 of the Tour of Slovenia, the race’s toughest stage, placing two riders inside the top ten of the general classification with one stage remaining.

On the summit finish in Kranjska Gora, Alex Tolio crossed the line in ninth place, while Luca Covili finished eleventh, both showing consistency among the race’s strongest climbers.

Thanks to today’s result, Tolio moves up to eighth overall at 2’50” from race leader Florian Lipowitz, with Covili ninth at 3’03”. The performance rewards the team’s consistency throughout the week and puts Bardiani-CSF 7 Saber in a strong position ahead of the final stage.
