The 2006-born rider involved in a road accident during training: 30 days of rest before specialist evaluation.

Bardiani-CSF 7 Saber announces that rider Edward Cruz, a Colombian born in 2006, was involved in a road accident during a training session on March 8.

Following the crash, the rider sustained a fracture of the right hand metacarpal, a distal fracture of the left radius, a fracture of the left orbital bone, a fracture of the left tibial malleolus, and a cervical trauma with a second-degree vertebral collapse.

After medical examinations, a 30-day recovery period has been prescribed. During this time, the rider will be required to rest while wearing an orthopedic cervical collar, as well as orthopedic braces on his right hand and left ankle.

At the end of this period, Cruz will undergo further evaluation by an orthopedic specialist and a neurosurgeon before gradually returning to racing activity.
