COMUNICATO STAMPA
Bardiani-CSF 7 Saber celebrates its first victory of the 2026 season thanks to Vicente Rojas, who won the Chilean National Road Race Championship held in Pichidegua.
The Chilean rider, born in 2002, claimed the first national title of his career at the end of a selective and hard-fought race, finishing solo after launching a decisive move in the final part of the race.
For Bardiani-CSF 7 Saber, this is also a historic result: Rojas becomes the first South American national champion in the team’s history, while also delivering the squad’s first win of the 2026 season.
Vicente Rojas: “It was a very tough race, always fast with many attacks. In the finale I tried to anticipate because the group wasn’t cooperating much, so I set my own pace and pushed all the way to the finish. The last kilometers felt long, but I managed to hold the gap. I’m happy to bring this title to the team.”
